1. Approving a supply agreement for natural gas odorant to be used by the Gas
Division with Natural Gas Odorizing, Inc. in the amount of $10,584 based on
low bid meeting specifications. The term of this contract will be twelve
months with option to extend for an additional twelve months subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee.
