AMENDMENT NO. 3
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas,a Texas home-rule municipal corporation ("City')and CP&Y.Inc.
('Consultant'), agree to the following amendments to the Contract for Professional Services for gIt
Valenzuela Landfill Disposal Cell Injerim Cover(Prolect No. E11061):
Original Contract January 22,2013 Ordinance No. 029728 $475,465.00
Amendment No. 1 September 26, 2016 Administrative Approval $4,000.00
Amendment No. 2 December 28, 2016 Administrative Approval $5,000.00
In the Original Contract,Exhibit'A",Section I.Scope of Services shall be amended as set forth in the
attached Amendment No. 3, Exhibit'R.
In the Original Contract,Section III.shall be amended based on the modified scope of services in the
attached Amendment No.3,Exhibit'A`for a fee not to exceed$1,500.00,for a total restated fee not to
exceed$46.965.00.
All other terms and conditions of the January 22,2013 Contract for Professional Services between the
City and Consultant, and of any amendments to that contract, which are not specifically addressed
herein shall remain in full force and effect.

Dear Lawrence:
CP&Y, Inc. is pleased to present the following Scope of Services and fee Proposal for the following
project.CP&Y will prepare the closure and post-closure cost estimates for the City's Cefe F. Valenzuela
Landfill and J.C. Elliott Transfer Station.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
1. Review and update as necessary the Closure and Post-Closure Cost estimates for Cefe F.
Valenzuela Landfill and J.C. Elliott Transfer Station.
2. Submit a draft of the Closure and Post-Closure Cost estimates of the two facilities to the City of
Corpus Christi(City)for review.
3. Once the City completes its review,CP&Y will incorporate the City's comments and submit the
cost estimates to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
FEE ESTIMATE
We are requesting the City authorize CP&Y to complete the above scope of services for a total lump
sum fee of$1,500.
