CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AMENDMENT NO. 3
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation ("City") and Chuck Anastos
Associates, LLC("Consultant"),agree to the following amendments to the Contract for Professional Services for
New Fire Station No. 18 (Bond 2008) (Project No. 5246):
Original Contract December 14, 2010 Motion No. M2010-301 $151,073
Amendment No. 1 November 20, 2011 Administrative Approval $11,500
Amendment No. 2 September 30, 2016 Administrative Approval $49,500
In the Original Contract,Section 2.Scope of Work shall be amended as set forth in the attached Amendment No.3,
Exhibit"A".
In the Original Contract, Section 5. Fee shall not be amended as indicated in the attached Amendment No. 3,
Exhibit"A"for a fee not to exceed $5,000, for a total restated fee not to exceed $217,073,.
All other terms and conditions of the December 14, 2010 Contract for Professio•al -: ices between the City and
Consultant,and of any amendments to that contract,which are not specifically ddr• ..ed herein shall remain in full

This is a Request for Amendment#03 to Contract AE Fee for the above referenced City Project. The additional
AE fees are required for the following:
1. Revise all AE drawings as required to add approximately 200 SF of floor space to accommodate a new Mop
Closet with plumbing roughs for a future accessible public restroom.
