MSA—TASK ORDER 3
This Task Order pertains to a Master Services Agreement for Professional Services by and
between City of Corpus Christi, Texas (City) and Hanson Professional Services, Inc.
(Consultant) dated December 15, 2015, for Project No. On Call Services E15103 (Agreement).
Consultant shall perform services on the project described below as provided in this Task Order
and in the Agreement. This Task Order shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by
both parties. Upon execution, this Task Order shall supplement the Agreement as it pertains to
the project described below.

PROJECT NAME: J.C. Elliott Transfer Station Pavement Repairs
1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
J.C. Elliott Transfer Station building entrance and exit ramp roadways are experiencing
pavement failures.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
This task will consist of performing an assessment of the existing pavement, making
recommendations for necessary pavement repairs and preparing scoping documents for
these repairs. This will provide exhibits identifying the areas to be repaired and provide
a recommended pavement section for the repairs.
3. COMPENSATION
$10,650
This Task Order is approved and Consultant may proceed. All other terms and conditions of the
Agreement remain in full force and effect.

J.C. ELLIOTT TRANSFER STATION PAVEMENT REPAIRS
Dear Mr. Edmonds:
Thank you for the opportunity to provide the City of Corpus Christi with this proposal for professional
engineering, consulting and related services to address the needs of the Solid Waste Services Department
through the Master Services Agreement(MSA) between Naismith/Hanson Engineering Inc. (NEI) and the
City. This proposal will identify a specific task to be performed under the MSA, providing a brief description
of the task objective and services to be provided. This project is for pavement repairs at the J.C. Elliott
Transfer Station facility and includes the following scope and budget:
J.C. Elliott Transfer Station Pavement Repairs. There are several areas on the transfer station
building entrance and exit ramp roadways that are experiencing pavement failures. This task will
consist of performing an assessment of the existing pavement, making recommendations for
necessary pavement repairs and preparing scoping documents for these repairs. It is our
understanding that these repairs will be performed under the City's Minor Street Pavement IDIQ
program with oversight by the Construction Department. NEI will provide exhibits identifying the
areas to be repaired and provide a recommended pavement section for the repairs. Budget for this
task is $10,650.
We look forward to assisting the City and supporting the Solid Waste Services department in their efforts to
provide quality services to the Corpus Christi community. We also value our on-going relationship with the
City of Corpus Christi and appreciate the opportunity to submit this information to you. If you have
