AMENDMENT NO. 1
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi,Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation ("City")and Maldonado-
Burkett Intelligent Transportation Systems,LLP("Consultant"), agree to the following amendments
to the Contract for Professional Services for NASCC Truck Inspection Staging Area (Project No.
El 6280):
Original Contract I December 21, 2016 Administrative Approval $7,293.30
In the Original Contract, Article I. Scope of Services shall be amended as set forth in the attached
Amendment No. 1, Exhibit "A".
In the Original Contract,Article III. Compensation shall be amended based on the modified scope of
services in the attached Amendment No. 1, Exhibit"A"for a fee not to exceed $2,171.38, for a total
restated fee not to exceed $9,464.68.
All other terms and conditions of the December 21, 2016 Contract for Professional Services between
the City and Consultant, and of any amendments to that contract,which are not specifically addressed
herein shall remain in full force and effect.

Dear Mr. Edmonds:
As requested, this is a proposal for Amendment No.1 in regards to the Parking lot lighting. MBITS is
proposing to prepare the required FAA Form 7460— 1 and a Category lA survey for each of the
proposed Parking lot lighting poles, 16 each. Below is a summary along with fees associated with this
project.
Total Amendment No.1 Amount: $2,171.38
Existing Contract Amount: $7,293.30
Proposed New Contract Amount: $9,464.68
