7. Approving award of contract for two each sludge containers and dollies from
May Fabrication Company on the basis of low bid, for the amount of
$14,000.66. The equipment is to be used by Wastewater Division for
handling sludge at the treatment plant. These items are included in the
1987-88 Capital Outlay.
