MSA—TASK ORDER 5
This Task Order pertains to a Master Services Agreement for Professional Services by and
between City of Corpus Christi, Texas (City) and Hanson Professional Services, Inc.
(Consultant) dated December 15, 2015, for Project No. On Call Services E15103 (Agreement).
Consultant shall perform services on the project described below as provided in this Task Order
and in the Agreement. This Task Order shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by
both parties. Upon execution, this Task Order shall supplement the Agreement as it pertains to
the project described below.

PROJECT NAME: Scale Installation at Greenwood VWVTP
1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project is for a vehicle scale installation at the Greenwood WWTP facility.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
This task will install and retrofit a vehicle scale into the residuals handling building.
Hanson will coordinate with scale vendors to identify the scale parameters and the
installation of an appropriate weighing and documentation system.
3. COMPENSATION
$40,000
This Task Order is approved and Consultant may proceed. All other terms and conditions of the
Agreement remain in full force and effect.

SCALE INSTALLATION AT GREENWOOD WWTP
Dear Mr. Edmonds:
Thank you for the opportunity to provide the City of Corpus Christi with this proposal for
professional engineering, consulting and related services to address the needs of the Solid Waste
Services Department through the Master Services Agreement (MSA) between Hanson
Professional Services, Inc. (Hanson) and the City. This proposal will identify a specific task to be
performed under the MSA, providing a brief description of the task objective and services to be
provided. This project is for installation of a vehicle scale at the Greenwood WWTP facility and
includes the following scope and budget:
Scale Installation at Greenwood WWTP. The Solid Waste Department is participating in
the installation of a vehicle scale at the Greenwood WWTP. This scale is to be retrofitted
into the residuals handling building and will be used to monitor the weight of residuals
transport vehicles to control the weight of these vehicles traveling on City streets and landfill
roadways. Hanson will coordinate with Solid Waste staff, Greenwood WWTP staff, and
scale vendors to identify the scale parameters and coordinate the procurement and
installation of an appropriate weighing and documentation system. This task will be
performed on a time and materials basis for an amount not to exceed $40,000.00.
