MSA—TASK ORDER 6
This Task Order pertains to a Master Services Agreement for Professional Services by and
between City of Corpus Christi, Texas (City) and Hanson Professional Services, Inc.
(Consultant)dated December 15, 2015, for Project No. On Call Services E15103 (Agreement).
Consultant shall perform services on the project described below as provided in this Task Order
and in the Agreement. This Task Order shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by
both parties. Upon execution, this Task Order shall supplement the Agreement as it pertains to
the project described below.

PROJECT NAME: J.C. Elliott Transfer Station Scale Replacement
1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project is to replace the inbound scale at the J.C. Elliott Transfer Station.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
This task will aid in evaluating proposals for a new scale and coordinating services
during the installation of the scale.
3. COMPENSATION
$10,000
This Task Order is approved and Consultant may proceed. All other terms and conditions of the
Agreement remain in full force and effect.

J.C. ELLIOTT TRANSFER STATION SCALE REPLACEMENT
Dear Mr. Edmonds:
Thank you for the opportunity to provide the City of Corpus Christi with this proposal for
professional engineering, consulting and related services to address the needs of the Solid Waste
Services Department through the Master Services Agreement (MSA) between Hanson
Professional Services, Inc. (Hanson) and the City. This proposal will identify a specific task to be
performed under the MSA, providing a brief description of the task objective and services to be
provided. This project is for assisting Solid Waste staff with the replacement of the inbound truck
scale at the J.C. Elliott Transfer Station and includes the following scope and budget:
J.C. Elliott Transfer Station Scale Replacement. The Solid Waste Department is currently
in the process of replacing the inbound scale at the J.C. Elliott Transfer Station. Hanson
will assist the City in evaluating proposals from scale vendors to determine if they meet the
minimum criteria set forth in the procurement scope of work that has been established.
When requested by the City, Hanson will provide assistance and coordination services
during the installation of the new scale. This task will be performed on a time and materials
basis for an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.

efforts to provide quality services to the Corpus Christi community. We also value our on-going
