ADDITIONAL SERVICES 1. Construction Management Support. The Architect/Engineer-NE will: • Continuation of on-call Construction Management Support for remaining New Broadway WWTP Phase 1 and Administration Building items to include inspection service,document research support and coordination with both Engineering Services and Utility Departments. 2. SCHEDULE Date Activity December 2016 Begin On-call Services TBD End On-call Services 3. FEES A. Fee for Additional Services. The City will pay FN1 a fixed fee for providing for all "Additional Services"authorized as per the table below. The fees for Basic Services will not exceed those identified and will be full and total compensation for all services outlined in Section 1.A.1-4 above,and for all expenses incurred in performing these services. The fee for this project is subject to the availability of funds. FNI may be directed to suspend work pending receipt and appropriation of funds. For services provided in Section 1.A.1-4,FNI will submit monthly statements for basic services rendered.In Section 1A1-3, the statement will be based upon FNI's estimate (and City concurrence) of the proportion of the total services actually completed at the time of billing. For services provided in Section I.A.4,the statement will be based upon the percent of completion of the construction contract. City will make prompt monthly payments In response to FNI's monthly statements. B. Fee for Additional Services.
