AMENDMENT NO. 1
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation ("City") and Maldonado-Burkett
Intelligent Transportation Systems,LLP.("Consultant"), agree to the following amendments to the Contract for
Professional Services for North Beach Road Improvements and Beautification BOND 2014 Prop.8(Project
No.El 2127)and North Beach Breakwater and Shoreline Improvements and Beautification BOND 2014 Prop.
8(Project No. El 2129):

In the Original Contract, Exhibit "A", Section I. Scope of Services shall be amended as set forth in the attached
Amendment No. 1, Exhibit"A".
In the Original Contract, Section III. Fees shall be amended as set forth in the attached Amendment No. 1, Exhibit
"A"for a fee not to exceed $7,647.64, for a total restated fee not to exceed$18,325.91.
All other terms and conditions of the December 14, 2016 Contract for Engineering Design Services between the
City and Consultant, and of any amendments to that contract, which are not specifically addressed herein shall
remain in full force and effect.

As requested,this is a proposal for the N. Shoreline Blvd. Roadway and Sidewalk Lighting Design.
MBITS is proposing to prepare lighting layouts on N. Shoreline Blvd. from Pearl Street to Coastal Ave.
Below is a summary along with fees associated with this project.

Existing Contract Amount: $10,678.27
