12. Amending prior to Third Reading the ordinance approving the Aquarium lease
as passed on First Reading on February 16, 1988 and as passed as amended on
Second Reading on March 8, 1988 to make changes in the boundaries of the
leased property, to make changes in the purchase agreement, and to make
certain other changes and modifications in the Aquarium lease.
