SERVICE AGREEMENT
This is an addendum to the Professional Service Agreement for planning services by and between: Gateway Planning
Group, Inc and the City of Corpus Christi. This addendum is related to modifying the scope and fees.
The terms and conditions of the original agreement remain effective and in full force, except for the following changes:
NOW,THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein, the Parties agree as follows:
Per the request of the City to analyze detailed economic development opportunities on North Beach,the following scope
is to be performed per the fees stated herein:
Tasks Cost
1.Technical working session to assess catalytic project potential in terms of economic
development and infrastructure, including one(1) revision of catalytic plan and 3D SketchUp $5,500.00
model;
2. Refinement of plan to reflect infrastructure priorities; and $3,500.00
3. Conference calls to facilitate next steps. $1,000.00
Tasks 1 and 2 will be billed on a fixed fee basis and Task 3 billed on an hourly basis with the following hourly rates:
Sr. Principal $375.00
Principal, Designer $275.00
Principal, Planner $175.00
Planner, Urban Designer $140.00
Total fees not to exceed$10,000.00.
EXECUTED by the PARTIED, both of which hereby represent that the signatures to this AGREEMENT, below, are of
those persons with the capacity and authority to legally bind the PARTIES.
