3. Approving supply agreements for traffic signals and allied products with
Consolidated Traffic Controls, Kentron, Inc., Houston Traffic Signal, Co.,
A.S.I., and Traffic Parts based on low bid, best bid, and low bid meeting
specifications for a total estimated annual expenditure of $136,009.75.
The terms of these agreements will be twelve months with option to extend
for an additional twelve months, subject to the approval of the supplier
and the City Manager or his designee. These items will be used by Traffic
Engineering.
