Dear Bill,
In accordance with Article III —Term of the Parking Facilities Management Agreement between the City
of Corpus Christi and Republic Parking System, Inc., please be advised that we are in agreement with your
letter of April 11th, 2017. The letter formally requests the extension of the agreement for an additional
one (1),three (3)year Option-period thru April 20th, 2021.
We are requesting that Republic Parking acknowledge this mutual agreement with the City of Corpus
Christi by signing in the designated line below.The changes you mentioned regarding your company name
change and company address are accepted and will be noted in our files as will acknowledgment of the
City of Corpus Christi's change in fiscal year to October 1st thru September 30tH
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the Airport offices.
