AMENDMENT NO. 2, RENEWAL NO. 1
MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, hereinafter called "CITY," and Hanson Professional Services, Inc.,
hereinafter called "ENGINEER," agree to the following amendment to the MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT
FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES as authorized and administratively amended by:
Original Contract September 22, 2015 Motion No. M2015-103 $162,240.00
Amendment No. 1 September 20, 2016 Motion No. M2016-109 $81,120.00
EXHIBIT A, shall be modified to extend services.
ARTICLE II, COMPENSATION shall be modified as shown in the attached Exhibit A for an additional fee not to
exceed $81,120.00 for a total restated fee not to exceed $324,480.00.
All other terms and conditions of the September 22, 2015 contract between the "CITY" and "ENGINEER" and of
any amendments to that contract which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full force and effect.

RE: CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI LARGE CONTRACT—AMENDMENT No. 2 to MSA
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND STAFF SUPPORT, Project No. E15120
Dear Mr. Edmonds,
Please accept this letter proposal to amend the existing contract for continued services as proposed
under the original contract scope and fees.
This amendment extends such services for approximately an additional 6-month duration as already
authorized by City Council. The fee rate will continue be $130/Hr. with a maximum of 24 hours per
work week. The total value of this amendment being $81,120. Melanie Gavlik will continue to serve in
this capacity through the end of 2017, at which time a joint decision will need to be reached on whether
to substitute a new employee on a future contract amendment or consider the contract services fulfilled.
