Streetlight Coordination and Related Modification of Plans, Specs and Estimates (PSE): "ENGINEER" will provide plans, specifications and estimates as needed for the streetlight infrastructure. SUMMARY OF FEES shall be modified by the attached Summary of Fees as shown in the attached Exhibit A for an additional fee not to exceed $6,253.90 (in figures) Six Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Three Dollars and Ninety Cents (in words) for a total restated fee not to exceed $127,612.29(in figures) One Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Twelve Dollars and Twenty Nine Cents (in words). SCOPE OF WORK We have prepared Contract Amendment No. 1 (CA1) to our North Beach Breakwater, Plaza, North Shoreline Repair and Enhancement (Bond 2012) NE Contract to cover additionally- requested engineering efforts for the following: 1. Streetlight Coordination and Modifications to the PSE: Efforts include coordination with the City and the City's streetlight consultant to add plan sheets, specifications, and bid items to LJA's PSE for the project. Engineering efforts under this category also include modifications to LJA's plan sheet to show streetlight infrastructure, as necessary. LJA proposes to perform the above-described work on a Fixed Fee basis as described below in Section III. BASIS OF COMPENSATION. Not including response times from the City's streetlight consultant, LJA will require an additional two (2)weeks to the original schedule to accomplish the additional work. II. CONTRACT CONDITIONS The City Project Manager will be LJA's point-of-contact for the City's streetlight consultant and will facilitate the provision of all required information to LJA from the City's streetlight consultant. Any engineering efforts requested outside of the stated scope of work will require another amendment to the contract and additional fees. III.
