CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI
AMENDMENT NO. 1
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation ("City") and Munoz Engineering
("Consultant"),agree to the following amendments to the Contract for Professional Services for City Hall Mayors
Entrance Structural Repairs (Project No. E16421(:
Original Contract September 30, 2016 Administrative Approval $9,500.
In the Original Contract, Exhibit A, Scope of Services,shall be amended as set forth in the attached Amendment
No.1, Exhibit A.
In the Original Contract,Exhibit A, Fees,shall be amended based on the modified scope of services in the attached
Amendment No. 1, Exhibit A for a fee not to exceed $10,000, for a total restated fee not to exceed $19,500.
All other terms and conditions of the September 30,2016 Contract for Professional Services between the City and
Consultant,and of any amendments to that contract,which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full
force and effect.

City Hall Mayors Entrance Structural Repairs
Gentlemen:
Munoz Engineering, LLC (ME, LLC) is pleased to submit this proposal for engineering
and inspection services. Engineering and Inspection shall be performed in accordance
with adopted design codes for the City of Corpus Christi. ME, LLC proposes to perform
said services and all acts attendant thereto with a reasonable standard of care. Our
proposed scope of work is as follows:
Task Order No.12 - City Hall Mayors Entrance Structural Repairs:
• As-Built Ramp per Visual means only
• Prepare Construction Plans for the Repairs consisting of sidewalk replacement,
expansion integration at top landing, topping slab assessment and site grading.
o Cover Sheet, Notes and Inspection Schedule
o Existing Condition Plan
o Proposed Improvements and Site Grading
o Civil Details
o Structural Plan
o Structural Details
• Apply for Building Permit with Development Services
• Perform (3) inspection while repairs are in progress and (1) after completion of work.
• Prepare front end documents as a Small Project
• Submittal for Windstorm Certification
ME, LLC proposes to perform the scope of work for the following lump sum fee:
Engineering Services $10,000.00
