2. Approving a supply agreement for miscellaneous photographic supplies with
Picture Express based on best bid for the estimated annual expenditure of
$15,000. The term of the contract shall be twelve months with an option to
extend for an additional twelve months subject to the approval of the
supplier and the City Manager or his designee. These items are used by the
Police Department and Information Services.
