3. Approving a supply agreement for polyethylene pipe and fittings with Esco
Supply based on the low bid of $41,252. The term of the contract will be
twelve months with option to extend for an additional twelve months subject
to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee.
These items will be used by the Gas Division.
