MSA—TASK ORDER 3
This Task Order pertains to a Master Services Agreement for Professional Services by and
between City of Corpus Christi, Texas (City) and Cobb, Fendley&Associates, Inc. (Consultant)
dated October 18, 2016, for SUE Services E16266 (Agreement). Consultant shall perform
services on the project described below as provided in this Task Order and in the Agreement.
This Task Order shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by both parties. Upon
execution, this Task Order shall supplement the Agreement as it pertains to the project described
below.

The intersection of Rogerson and Sunnybrook.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
To determine the presence and location of subsurface AT&T facilities as part of drainage
and roadway improvements being performed on this project.
3. COMPENSATION
$5,968.75
This Task Order is approved and Consultant may proceed. All other terms and conditions of the
Agreement remain in full force and effect.

Project: Rogerson and Sunnybrook-E 16270 test hole on AU facilities
Dear Mr.Hale,
CobbFendley is pleased to provide this scope and fee estimate for the Subsurface Utility Engineering(SUE)investigation services
associated with the project referenced above.This proposal is based on a site visit and information obtained during our meeting
on March 6th 2017.
The purpose of this SUE investigation is to assist the City of Corpus Christi in determining the presence and location of
subsurface ATT facilities as part of drainage and roadway improvements being performed on this project. Scope Limits can be
approximately described as the intersection of Rogerson and Sunnybrook.
When performing this type of work CobbFendley typically follows ASCE 38-02"The Standard Guidelines for the Collection
and Depiction of Existing Subsurface Utility Data." Accordingly,CobbFendley will use the following approach:
• Accurately identify and verify the telecom locations.This will be accomplished using non-destructive surface geophysical
methods to mark buried utilities.Then in the location required,
• Perform Level A SUE to obtain utility depth information and resolve potential conflicts. This will be accomplished
using vacuum excavation to perform test holes to uncover and measure the depth of the target line at critical locations,
then survey and draft this data to provide utility elevation information.
The estimated cost of this SUE work is$5,968.75 inc traffic control costs
