In the Original Contract,Exhibit A,Fees shall be amended based on the modified scope of services in the attached Amendment No. 4, Exhibit A for a fee not to exceed 10, for a total restated fee not to exceed $332,600. All other terms and conditions of the September 27,2011 Contract for Professional Services between the City and Consultant,and of any amendments to that contract,which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full force and effect. Edmonds, P.E., Director of Engineering Services City Of Corpus Christi 1201 Leopard Street Corpus Christi, TX 78401 RE: Amendment 4 Chaparral Street Signalization for Two Way Conversion —Taylor Street Signal Improvements (Project No. E6510) Dear Mr. Edmonds, At the request of the City of Corpus Christi Engineering Services, HDR will utilize the previously authorized funds from amendment #3 for the Chaparral Street Signalization for two way Conversion (Project No. E6510) to amend the contract to relocate the traffic signals at the Taylor intersection for Chaparral St. Phase 2 — Schatzell St. to Taylor St. (Bond 2014) Project No. E15107. The revised locations of the traffic signal poles and related equipment will accommodate the revised intersection curb radii. The City requested HDR to revise the intersection curb radii at Taylor Street to accommodate the Single Unit 30 Truck's turn movements. Since the City is repurposing the funds from amendment #3 Chaparral Street Signalization for two way Conversion (Project No. E6510) the original scope of services from said amendment providing an "optimized signal timing plan" will be removed from the contract. When an "optimized signal timing plan" for the Chaparral Street two way signals is required by the City, HDR will submit an amendment to replenish the funds required to perform this service at the City's request. The scope for amendment #4 Project No. E6510 consists of the design effort to provide plans, specifications, and estimate to relocate the Taylor St. intersection signals as described above. The man-hour estimate for the Taylor St/ Chaparral signal design is included as Exhibit "B". No fee summary is included as part of this amendment since no additional funds are being requested. The City's correspondence authorizing HDR to invoice amendment #3 of Chaparral Street Signalization for two way Conversion (Project No. E6510) is included for your convenience. The additional fees associated with the Taylor St. signal relocation is as follows: hdrinc.com Amend.
