This Task Order pertains to a Master Services Agreement for Professional Surveying Services by and between City
of Corpus Christi, Texas (City) and Urban Engineering (Consultant) dated October 10, 2017 (Agreement).
Consultant shall perform services on the project described below as provided in this Task Order and in the
Agreement. This Task Order shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by both parties. Upon execution,
this Task Order shall supplement the Agreement as it pertains to the project described below.

1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION. Island Gate Plaza, located at 4717 South Padre Island Drive,Corpus Christi,
TX 78411
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES (Task Order No. 2 — Metes and Bounds with Exhibit for Right-of-Way
Easement). Locate existing improvements and boundary. Prepare Metes and Bounds with Exhibit,based
on statement dimensions,for use in securing Island Gate Plaza Alternate Access/Right-of-Way Easement.
This task order is more fully described in Exhibit"A".
3. COMPENSATION.The total amount not to exceed for Task Order No. 2 only is$2,500.
4. PROJECT DELIVERABLE(S)TIMELINE. 10-15 business days from Notice to Proceed.
This Task Order is approved and Consultant may proceed. All oth r terms and condi ion of he Agreement
remain In full force and effect.

TASK 1 —SUBMITTALS
