This Task Order pertains to a Master Services Agreement for Professional Surveying Services by and between City
of Corpus Christi, Texas (City) and Urban Engineering (Consultant) dated October 10, 2017 (Agreement).
Consultant shall perform services on the project described below as provided in this Task Order and in the
Agreement. This Task Order shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by both parties. Upon execution,
this Task Order shall supplement the Agreement as it pertains to the project described below.
PROJECT NAME: E17080 Master Services Agreement for Professional Surveying Services
Task Order No. 3 South Saratoga Acres, Lot 5R, Block 1 Waterline Easement
(Project No. E17091)
1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION. South Saratoga Acres, Lot 5R, Block 1, located at 2003 Saratoga Boulevard,
Corpus Christi, TX
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES(Task Order No.3—Metes and Bounds with Exhibit for Waterline Easement).
Locate existing facility as per visible above ground structures. Prepare Metes and Bounds with Exhibit,
based on field location of facility for use in securing Waterline Easement. This task order is more fully
described in Exhibit"A".
3. COMPENSATION. The total amount not to exceed for Task Order No. 3 only is $1,500.
4. PROJECT DELIVERABLE(S) TIMELINE. 10-15 business days from Notice to Proceed.
This Task Order is approved and Consultant may proceed. All of -r terms and c itio, of the Agreement
remain in full force and effect.

Fixed Fee Task I: $1,500.00
Total Fixed Fee : $1,500.00
Deliverable will be 7-14 business days from notice to proceed
This proposal is based on the current rate sheet and is valid for 30 days.
