This Task Order pertains to a Master Services Agreement for Professional Surveying Services by and between City
of Corpus Christi, Texas (City) and Urban Engineering (Consultant) dated October 10, 2017 (Agreement).
Consultant shall perform services on the project described below as provided in this Task Order and in the
Agreement. This Task Order shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by both parties. Upon execution,
this Task Order shall supplement the Agreement as it pertains to the project described below.
PROJECT NAME: E17080 Master Services Agreement for Professional Surveying Services
Task Order No. 1 Corpus Christi International Airport Metes and Bounds Survey
Russell Farm Tracts (Project No. E17090)
1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION. Lease Tract at Corpus Christi International Airport, located at 246 Glasson
Drive, Corpus Christi, TX 78401
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES(Task Order No. 1 —Metes and Bounds with Exhibit). Locate existing facility as
per visible above ground structures. Prepare Metes and bounds with Exhibit, based on field location of
facility for use in securing a Lease Tract. This task order is more fully described in Exhibit "A".
3. COMPENSATION. The total amount not to exceed for Task Order No. 1 only is $2,500.
4. PROJECT DELIVERABLE(S) TIMELINE. 15-20 business days from Notice to Proceed.
This Task Order is approved and Consultant may proceed. All othe erms and co tions he Agreement
remain in full force and effect. 1

Fixed Fee Task 1: $2,500.00

Deliverable will be 15-20 business days from notice to proceed.
This proposal is based on the current rate sheet and is valid for 30 days.
