AMENDMENT NO. 4, RENEWAL NO. 2
AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, hereinafter called "CITY," and Centerline Right of Way Services,
LLC. hereinafter called "CONSULTANT," agree to the following amendment to the AGREEMENT FOR
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES as authorized and administratively amended by:
Original Contract February 11, 2016 Administrative Approval $37,500.00
Amendment No. 1 May 26, 2016 Administrative Approval $12,000.00
Amendment No. 2 September 20, 2016 Motion M2016-109 $77,350.00
Amendment No. 3 June 6, 2017 Administrative Approval $77,350.00
EXHIBIT A, shall be modified to extend services.
ARTICLE 4. FEE shall be modified as shown in the attached Exhibit A for an additional fee not to exceed
$77,350.00 for a total restated fee not to exceed $281,550.00.
All other terms and conditions of the February 11, 2016 contract between the "CITY" and
"CONSULTANT" and of any amendments to that contract which are not specifically addressed herein
shall remain in full force and effect.

Professional Services and Staff Support, Project E-16239
Dear Mr. Edmonds:
Please accept this letter proposal to provide continued professional services to the Master
Services Agreement that was approved by City Council on September 20, 2016 by Motion No.
2016-109. The Master Agreement provided for an initial six (6) month term with two optional
six month extensions, upon approval by the City.
This proposed Amendment No), Renewal No. 2 will extend my services for a third term of
approximately 6 months. I propose to provide 35 work hours per week at the base fee of
$85.00 per hour for an amendment total of$77,350. This would be the final six month
performance period as per the contract.
If my proposal is acceptable to you, please include this letter in the contract as Exhibit A. If
