Service Agreement Current Value: $244,460
The CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, hereinafter referred to as the City, and Smith Pump
Company, Waco, Texas, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, do hereby make and enter into this
Amendment No. 1 (the "Amendment") which, together with the Service Agreement No. 1426 (the
"Agreement")and all other duly executed amendments, constitutes the entire agreement between the
City and the Contractor.
I.
Section 3. Compensation and Payment of the Agreement is hereby amended due to an
increased need for pump repairs to increase the current value of the Agreement by 25% for
an amount not to exceed $61,115, with a restated value of the Agreement not to exceed
$305,575.
The Contractor and the City agree to and shall abide by all terms and conditions of the original Service
Agreement and any Amendments to that Agreement, to the extent they are not in conflict with the
terms of this Amendment.
