AMENDMENT NO. 3
to
ENGINEERING DESIGN, BID, CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation ("City") and Maldonado-Burkett
Intelligent Transportation Systems, LLP ("Consultant"), agree to the following amendments to the Contract for
Professional Services for 2014 Highway Safety Improvement Program (Project No. E15205):
Original Contract March 29, 2016 Motion No. M2016-030 $668,956.56
Amendment No. 1 August 26, 2016 Administrative Approval $32,869.46
Amendment No. 2 November 6, 2016 Administrative Approval $42,694.35
In the Original Contract, Section 1. Scope of Project shall be amended as set forth in the attached Amendment No.
3, Exhibit "A".
In the Original Contract, Section 4. Fee shall be amended based on the modified scope of services in the attached
Amendment No. 3, Exhibit"A"for a fee not to exceed $5,450.61,for a total restated fee not to exceed $749,970.98.
All other terms and conditions of the March 29, 2016 Contract for Professional Services between the City and
Consultant, and of any amendments to that contract,which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full
force and effect.

Dear Mr.Edmonds:
As requested, this is a proposal for Amendment No.3 in regards to the Highway Safety Improvement
Program (HSIP). MB is proposing to modify 2 signal designs for a two-way roadway conversion. Below
is a summary along with fees associated with this project.
Shoreline @ Peoples—(Modifications to Signal Design)-$3,879.93
Shoreline @ Lawrence St.—(Modifications to Signal Design) -$1,570.68
Total Amendment No.3 Amount: $5,450.61
Total Amendment No.2 Amount: $42,694.35
