Task Authorization No. 39-ONSWTP Site Master Plan Update
PURPOSE
The O.N. Stevens Water Treatment Plant (ONSWTP) has been in operation since 1954 and has a rated
capacity of 161.5 MGD.To map the existing and future facilities onto a single site plan,a Site Master Plan
was prepared for the water treatment plant.
This document represents the unofficial master plan for the future layout of ONSWTP and helps
communicate the location and size of future capacity expansions and process modifications or upgrades. It
ensures that all facilities are coordinated with one another for efficiency, and potential conflicts with regard
to facility footprints are avoided. This was last updated in 2017.
The purpose of this Task Authorization is to assist the City in updating the older Site Master Plan to ensure
that all completed and planned additions or modifications to ONSWTP over the past 10 years are
appropriately documented. Planning-level calculations will be performed to determine the required
footprint of treatment train-3 sedimentation basins.

existing water treatment processes along with any construction that has taken place at
ONSWTP since the Site Master Plan was last updated. Furnish updated version of the

improvements. A high-level timeline provided by the City will also be included in the
Site Master Plan. The components of the Site Master Plan shall be color-coded to match
