Home My WebLink AboutC2019-113 - 3/28/2019 - NA CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI AMENDMENT NO. 1 MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation ("City") and Govind Development, LLC ("Consultant"), agree to the following amendments to the Master Services Agreement for Preliminary Engineering Street Feasibility and Cost Estimate Reports (Bond 2018) (Project No. 18062A): Original Master Services Agreement December 19, 2017 Motion M2017-196 $300,000.00 In the Original Master Services Agreement, Article II. Compensation, Section 2.3 Consultant shall submit a proposal to the City, which shall be incorporated into this agreement shall be amended as set forth in the attached Amendment No. 1, Exhibit "A". In the Original Contract, Master Services Agreement, Article II. Compensation, Section 2.1 shall be amended based on the modified scope of services in the attached Amendment No. 1, Exhibit "A" for a fee not to exceed $5,000.00, for a total restated fee not to exceed $305,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the December 19, 2017 Master Services Agreement between the City and Consultant,and of any amendments to that contract,which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full force and effect. Scope of Work The current Feasibility Report project limits are from Bear Lane to near the Dead End,for approximately 3,000-feet. This proposal identifies all items associated with the extension of the project limits by approximately 1,700-feet southbound connecting with Old Brownsville Road,for a new project length of 4,700-feet. Deliverables A detailed list of deliverables that will comprise the Revised Report Package is included below: • Bound Feasibility Report(1-hard copy and 1-electronic copy,thumb drive) • Budget Worksheet • OPCC and Schedule • Exhibits(typicals, photos, base maps • Strip Map Project Estimate For the performance of engineering and design work based upon the scope of work,the lump sum contract is for the amount of$5,000.
