1. Approving a supply agreement for linen and towel service with American
Linen Service based on low bid for an estimated annual expenditure of
$10,262.50. The term of the contract shall be twelve months with option to
extend for an additional twelve months subject to the approval of the
supplier and the City Manager or his designee. This service is used
primarily by the Fire Department.
