In the Original Contract, Section III shall be amended based on the modified scope of services in the attached Amendment No. 4, Exhibit "A" for a fee not to exceed $37,000, for a total restated fee not to exceed $621,810. All other terms and conditions of the February 11, 2014 Contract for Professional Services between the City and Consultant, and of any amendments to that contract,which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full force and effect. (MGM) is pleased to submit amendment no. 4 to the City of Corpus Christi to provide continued construction phase services for the aforementioned project that has recently extended its completion date. The scope of services shall entail continued construction phase services from the original contract agreement for the Carroll Lane project between McArdle Street and Houston Street. The project is currently on going and has currently been completed on both sides of Carroll Lane between McArdle Street and Gollihar Blvd and will continue progress on the north half of the project approximately 1,560 ft between Gollihar Blvd and Houston Street on both sides of Carroll Lane. The project scope of work will remain the same as the original contract documents and shall include traffic control, utility improvements, concrete pavement,1 asphalt pavement, signage, and striping. Additional Scope of Services: 1. Preliminary Phase • No additional services 2.
