HomeMy WebLinkAboutC2019-204 - 4/5/2019 - NA AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT — Shook Enterprises Streetscape This Amendment No. 1 amends the agreement between the City of Corpus Christi, as an agent of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 3, and Steven C. Shook (the "Developer"), regarding the development at 104 N. Chaparral (the "Agreement"). NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: 1) Paragraph (a) of Section 2 of the Agreement is hereby replaced in its entirety as follows: "(a) The Developer completes the Work on the Property on or before May 10, 2019 (the "Completion Date") in accordance with Exhibit A and the City's building codes and policies." 2) All other terms and conditions of the previously executed Agreement between the parties which are not inconsistent herewith shall continue in full force and effect.
