AMENDMENT NO. 2
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation ("City") and Urban
Engineering ("Consultant"), agree to the following amendments to the Contract for Professional Services
for Ennis Joslin Road Extension BOND 2014, PROPOSITION 21Proiect No. E15109):
Original Contract June 18, 2015 Administrative Approval $48,000
Amendment No. 1 October 20, 2015 Motion No. M2015-117 $360,980
In the Amendment No. 1, Exhibit"A", Section I. Scope of Services shall be amended as set forth in the
attached Amendment No. 2, Exhibit"A".
In the Amendment No. 1, Article 5 Fee shall be amended based on the modified scope of services in the
attached Amendment No. 2, Exhibit "A" for a fee not to exceed $3,500, for a total restated fee not to
exceed $412,480.
All other terms and conditions of the June 18, 2015 Contract for Professional Services between the City
and Consultant,and of any amendments to that contract,which are not specifically addressed herein shall
remain in full force - ad effect.

Subject: Amendment No. 2
Dear Sarah,
Urban Engineering is requesting an amendment to its contract to provide the following
additional Civil Engineering Services.
1. Topographic Survey
The project entails reshaping an existing pond berm on private property adjacent to the
upstream end of the Paul Jones Ave. outfall to establish a mow-able path between City drainage
easement and toe of berm. Project will also include seeding, fertilizing, temporary and semi-
permanent erosion control, and fencing as required.
The project will include a detailed grading plan and necessary details to perform the
described work. The attached indicates a Lump Sum Fee for all above described Civil
Engineering Services. Construction and Construction Inspection are not included.
