("Consultant"), agree to the following amendments to the Contract for Professional Services for Six Points Intersection Improvements (Prosect No. E17036): Original Contract March 26, 2019 Motion No. M2019-045 $421,340.00 In the Original Contract, Exhibit"A", Section I. Scope of Services shall be amended as set forth in the attached Amendment No. 1, Exhibit"A". In the Original Contract,Article III Compensation shall be amended based on the modified scope of services in the attached Amendment No. 1, Exhibit"A"for a fee not to exceed $24,297.00, for a total restated fee not to exceed $445,637.00. All other terms and conditions of the March 26, 2019 Contract for Professional Services between the City and Consultant,and of any amendments to that contract,which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full force and effect. Box 9277 Corpus Christi,TX 78469 RE: Six Points Intersection Improvements -Amendment No. 1 City Project No. E17036 Dear Mr. Edmonds, Freese and Nichols, Inc. (FNI) is pleased to submit an amendment to our professional services contract to provide additional services for the Six Points Intersection Improvements, City Project E17036 for your consideration. This amendment includes additional services for cleaning and televising existing wastewater lines within the project limits. This amendment will include the following services: 1. Televising of Utility Lines Provide cleaning and televising of existing wastewater lines to verify their existing condition and recommend repairs and/or replacement as needed. FNI will collect and review prior CCTV investigations that have been performed on other wastewater lines in the project limits. The wastewater lines identified below have not been previously inspected. Provide all necessary traffic control and temporary water for the project. This investigation includes cleaning and televising the following sizes and lengths of existing wastewater lines within the project limits: • 340 linear feet of existing 24"VCP wastewater • 640 linear feet of existing 18"VCP wastewater • 438 linear feet of existing 10" VCP wastewater • 35 linear feet of existing 6"VCP wastewater Project Assumptions: a. City will provide all applicable information and record data for the project b. City will provide all required permits for the project Summary of Fees Additional Services Fees 1. Televising of Utility Lines $24,297.00 Total Authorized Fee $24,297.00 AMEND.
