CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AMENDMENT NO. 1
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation ("City") and Chuck Anastos
Associates, LLC, ("Consultant"), agree to the following amendment to the Contract for Professional Services for
project E16411 City Hall - Lipan ADA Ramp Replacement
Original Contract September 15, 2016 Admin Approval $20,500.00
In the Original Contract, Exhibit A, Scope of Services shall be amended as set forth in the attached Amendment No.
1, Exhibit A.
In the Original Contract, Exhibit A, Fees shall be amended based on the modified scope of services in the attached
Amendment No. 1, Exhibit A for a fee not to exceed $14,000.00, for a total restated fee not to exceed $34,500.00.
All other terms and conditions of September 15, 2016 Contract for Professional Services between the City and
Consultant, and of any amendments to that contract,which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full
force and effect.

Re: Request for Amendment#01 to the AE fee for the City Hall — Lipan ADA Ramp
Replacement, City Project#E16411
Mr. Edmonds:
We respectfully request Amendment#01 to the Contract AE Fee on the above referenced
City Project. The additional AE fees are requested for the following scope changes:
1. Convert 100% completed and sealed drawings to an FMAC set, making required
modifications as requested by City staff, commencing with a 90% Design Submission;
2. Add overall site plan of entire City Hall indicating accessible parking, protected entrance
into the building during construction and construction staging area(s);
ARCHITECTURE
3. Add solar LED lighting for the entire walkway for surface visibility and add sleeves at
INTERIOR DESIGN each level for future utilities; and
4. Add xeriscape landscaping to each level of the ramp and surrounding area(s).
