Director of Engineering Services City of Corpus Christi 1201 Leopard Street Corpus Christi,Texas 78401 RE: Amendment No. 2 for Detail Design Engineering Services Corona Drive (Flynn Parkway- Everhart Road) (Bond 2014) (Project No. E13091) Dear Mr. Edmonds, Govind Development, LLC (GDL) is pleased to provide our engineering fee proposal amending the base contract for Corona Drive (Flynn Parkway - Everhart Road) (Bond 2014) by providing services for detailed design on additional work, as requested by the City of Corpus Christi, Department of Engineering Services. Below is the scope of work based on discussion with City staff. Scope of Work The design work includes the additional services related to the following: (Island Gate Way): > Providing several models simulating heavy truck movements in and around adjacent private property. Coordination meetings to review models on-site and at city locations. ➢ Additional field survey work along private property accounting for new road widening from 24' to 36' back-to-back. > Revised plan sheets and profile sheets depicting the revised turning radius and road widening. > Revised plan sheet for the intersection detail. > Revised access detail with adjusted construction concrete surface tie-in detail drawing. > Exhibits provided for new Right of Way(ROW) land acquisition, Metes&Bounds Description. (Corona Drive) ➢ Traffic control sequencing coordination and meetings, beyond scope of performance measures. > AEP lighting revised layout,site-visits and meetings relevant to the approved revised TCP.
