Together with the free ingress, egress, and regress to and for the Grantee, all for the purpose of erecting, constructing, installing, laying, replacing, servicing, repairing, using, maintaining, inspecting, reconstructing, modifying, removing, operating and keeping a off-road multi-use trail including bicycle facility in, on, over, under, and along the Premises. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the rights and privileges as described above to the Grantee, its successors, legal representatives, permitted assigns, and franchisees, for the proper and public use as a public access easement and for so long as used for such purposes and, if the use of said public access easement be ever abandoned, then, in that event, the aforesaid rights and privileges shall cease. The duration of the easement is perpetual, subject to the termination provisions in the Terms hereof. scgp With written consent of the City Manager of the City of Corpus Christi, this easement terminates upon the granting of a public access easement for off-road multi-use trail by Del Mar College that serves the purpose of the easement herein.
