The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, hereinafter called "CITY," and FREESE AND NICHOLS, INC.,
hereinafter called "CONSULTANT," agree to the following amendment to the Contract for Professional
Services Area Development Plans - Southside and London Planning Districts & Area
Development Plans - Westside Planning District (Project Nos. El 7119 & E17120)) as authorized
and administratively amended by:
Original Contract September 18, 2018 Motion No. M2018-169 $300,000.00
IN THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT, EXHIBIT A, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be modified as shown in
the attached Exhibit A.
IN THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT, COMPENSATION shall be modified as shown in the attached Exhibit
A for an additional fee not to exceed $25,000.00 for a total restated fee not to exceed $325,000.00.
All other terms and conditions of the September 18, 2018 contract between the "CITY" and
"CONSULTANT" and of any amendments to that contract which are not specifically addressed herein
shall remain in full force and effect.

Dear Ms. West:
Freese and Nichols, Inc. (FNI) is requesting a scope and budget change for the Southside/London and
Westside Area Development Plans to add Task 6—Additional Services(Amendment No. 1).
Additional tasks may be required during the development of the area development plans such as
renderings, conceptual design, and engineering feasibility analysis, etc.Any additional services will need
to be authorized by the City's project manager.A scope/estimated fee will be negotiated at the time of
the request for additional tasks.
Amendment No. 1-Additional Services will be for a total not-to-exceed $25,000,amending the total
contract value to$325,000.
