Agreement Current Not to Exceed Value: $85,000.00
Whereas,the City of Corpus Christi and Urban Engineering entered into a Master Services Agreement
for Professional Services ( the "Agreement") for Professional Survey Services on June 4, 2018 in the
amount of$25,000;
Whereas, the City of Corpus Christi and Urban Engineering entered into Amendment No. 1 to the
Agreement for Professional Survey Services on July 24, 2018 in the amount of $60,000, for a total
restated fee not to exceed $85,000; and authorized via Motion No. M2018-113;
The CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, hereinafter referred to as the City, and Urban Engineering,
hereinafter referred to as the Consultant, do hereby acknowledge renewal of the Agreement.
I.
This document acknowledges the first and only one-year renewal term as referenced in
Article VI. Term; Renewals; Times for Rendering Service of the Agreement.
1. Original Agreement Term: 06/04/2018 - 06/03/2019
2. This Renewal Term: 06/04/2019 - 06/03/2020
II.
Compensation of $85,000.00 will be paid for the renewal term as referenced in Section II.
Compensation of the Agreement. The total value across all Agreement terms to date is not
to exceed $170,000.00.
The Consultant and the City agree to and shall abide by all terms and conditions of the original
Agreement and any amendments to that Agreement.

Re: Proposal—18098A MSA 2019 One Year Extension for Professional Surveying Services
Mr.Shoemaker:
Urban Engineering is pleased to submit this proposal for providing professional surveying services for various
survey tasks for the City of Corpus Christi.This proposal is in support of a Master Service Agreement for on call
as needed surveying services not to exceed$85,000.00.
The City of Corpus Christi will specify task and fee structure that will be either lump sum or based on Urban
Engineering hourly rates,(attached).
All surveying services and deliverables will be delivered in a timely manner and shall comply with the current
minimum technical requirements adopted by the Texas Board of Professional Land Surveying requirements set
forth by the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors as shown in the current Manual of Practice for Land
Surveying in the State of Texas.
To prepare and deliver the required information for calculations,scheduling and field/office effort,Urban
Engineering requests a reasonable advanced notice on all survey requests and projected due dates.
