HomeMy WebLinkAboutC2019-497 - 9/20/2019 - NA TASK ORDER NO.4 This Task Order pertains to a Master Services Agreement for Professional Services by and between City of Corpus Christi, Texas (City) and LJA Enaineerinq, (Consultant) dated June 19. 2018 (Agreement). Consultant shall perform services on the project described below as provided in this Task Order and in the Agreement. This Task Order shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by both parties. Upon execution,this Task Order shall supplement the Agreement as it pertains to the project described below. PROJECT NAME/NUMBER: 18100A Citywide Storm Water Infrastructure Rehabilitation 1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:The project scope includes the development and implementation of a City-wide Storm Water infrastructure rehabilitation and replacement program. 2. SCOPE OF SERVICES:The scope of services is more fully described in Exhibit A. 3. COMPENSATION: The total amount not to exceed for Task Order No.4 is 346.090.00. This Task Order is approved,and Consultant may proceed. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force a ffect. (LJA) is pleased to provide this proposal for preparation and execution of Delivery Order#2 (DO#2): Padre Island Park Road 22 Drainage Relief at Three Locations. • Site 1: In between Almeria Ave. and San Felipe St. • Site 2: Pescadores Drive • Site 3: Paper street in front of Angry Marlin Restaurant. The following is the scope of services we anticipate will be required.
