AMENDMENT NO. 2
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation ("City") and Urban Engineering
("Consultant"), agree to the following amendments to the Contract for Professional Services for Swantner Driva
from Indiana Avenue to Texas Trait BOND 2018 (Protect No. 18046A1:
Original Contract July 25, 2018 Administrative Approval $47,500.00
Amendment No. 1 August 21, 2018 Motion No. M2018-140 $422,075.00
In the Original Contract, Exhibit "A", Section I. Scope of Services shall be amended as set forth in the attached
Amendment No. 2, Exhibit"A".
In the Original Contract,Exhibit"A",Section III.Fees shall be amended based on the modified scope of services in
the attached Amendment No. 2,Exhibit"A"for a fee not to exceed$48,500.00,for a total restated fee not to exceed
$618.075.00.
All other terms and conditions of the July 25, 2018 Contract for Professional Services between the City and
Consultant,and of any amendments to that contract,which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full
force and effect.

RE:Amendment#2-Swantner Drive Project No. 18046A
Dear Sarah,
Urban Engineering is requesting Amendment#2 to the subject project contract. This amendment
will add Chamberlain Street (Swantner to Reid) to the Swantner project per the existing contract
scope. The section of Chamberlain to be reconstructed including adding of underground storm water
drainage systems is approximately 900' long. The street section is a residential (local) street with 50'
ROW and 28' back-to-back paving, curb and gutter and off-set sidewalk. The design will include
reconstruction as a local residential street per city standards. Attached is a revised Summary of Fees
from Exhibit A of the original contract showing the addition of Amendment#2 and proposed design and
additional service fees to add the above described segment of Chamberlain Street to the Swantner Drive
project. Please review and let me know if you have any questions or need additional information.
