1. Approving a supply agreement for pipe repair clamps with McAllen Pipe and
Supply based on the low bid of $85,742.68. The terms of the contract shall
be twelve months with option to extend for up to an additional twelve
months subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his
designee. These items will be used by the Water Division.
