Supply Agreement Current Not to Exceed Value: $701,882
The CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, hereinafter referred to as the City, and Chemtrad
Chemicals, LLC,hereinafter referred to as the Supplier,do hereby make and enter into this amendment
(the "Amendment") which, together with the Supply Agreement No. 1261 (the "Agreement") and all
other duly executed amendments, constitutes the entire agreement between the City and the Supplier_
Section 2. Term of the Agreement is amended to exercise the first of two 24-month option(s)
under the Agreement. The term is revised as follows:
1. Current Agreement Term: 10/24/2017— 10/23/2019
2. Revised Agreement Term: 10/24/2017— 10/23/2021

Section 3. Compensation and Payment of the Agreement is amended, effective through the
end date as follows:
Increases the value of the Agreement by an amount not to exceed $799,382 which includes
$701,882 for the additional term and $97,500 for modifications made to Attachment B,
therefore the revised value of this Supply Agreement is not to exceed $1,501,264.
III.
Attachment B: Bid/Pricing Schedule to the Agreement is hereby amended to change the unit
price for Liquid Ammonium Sulfate Solution from $179 per ton to $204 per ton due to the
increase in price for raw materials and freight.

The Supplier and the City agree to and shall abide by all terms and conditions of the original Agreement
and any amendments to that Agreement, to the extent they are not in conflict with the terms of this
Amendment.
