This Task Order pertains to a Master Services Agreement for Professional Services by and between City of Corpus
Christi. Texas(City)and LJA Engineering, (Consultant)dated June 19,2018(Agreement)by Motion No.M2018-
101. Consultant shall perform services on the project described below as provided in this Task Order and in the
Agreement. This Task Order shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by both parties. Upon execution,
this Task Order shall supplement the Agreement as it pertains to the project described below.
PROJECT NAME/NUMBER: 18100A Citywide Storm Water Infrastructure Rehabilitation
1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project scope includes the development and implementation of a City-wide
Storm Water infrastructure rehabilitation and replacement program.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES: The scope of services is more fully described in Exhibit A.
3. COMPENSATION: The total amount not to exceed $3,910.00.
This Task Order is approved, and Consultant may proceed. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement
remain in full force and effect.

Dear Mr. Edmonds:
LJA Engineering, Inc. (LJA) is pleased to provide this proposal for preparation of easement
exhibits and modifications to the existing Delivery Order No. 2 at the City's request. The
following is the scope of services we anticipate will be required.
SCOPE OF SERVICES:
For Task Order #9 LJA will prepare two (2) easements exhibits necessary for the City to
complete the acquisition process necessary to facilitate Delivery Order No. 2: Park Road 22
Drainage Improvements Site 1. Additionally, Delivery Order No. 2, Site 1, will be revised to re-
route the storm drain line via the new alignment and through the proposed easements.
100 Prepare Easement Exhibits for DO#2: Site 1
200 Revise DO#2 to Reflect New Route of Site 1
