No. 190059.000.2 Contract Amendment No. 2 Dear Mr. Edmonds: As requested by the City Project Manager, LNV has prepared this Small AE Contract Amendment No. 2 (CA#2) for the Airline Road — SPID to McArdle Road (Bond 2018) Project (No. 18004A). The purpose of CA#2 is to provide funds to re-design the proposed stormwater infrastructure in order to avoid conflict with the existing AT&T duct bank that runs beneath Airline Road on the west side of the street. The profile of the existing duct bank was just recently provided to the City and LNV by AT&T. Under CA#2, LNV will perform the services described below for a Lump Sum fee of $11,000 to be added to the current Design Phase fee. Project Description: The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, hereinafter called "City", and LNV, Inc., hereinafter called "Engineer", agree to the following contract for engineering and consulting services to perform tasks related to the Design Phase of the Project as listed below. Scope of Services: The Engineer's Scope of Services for CA#2 includes the following: 1. Re-Desian the Proposed Stormwater Infrastructure, LNV will revise the design of the proposed stormwater infrastructure in order to avoid conflict with the existing AT&T duct bank. Re-design efforts will include lowering of the proposed 36" RCP profile; revising the 24" RCP laterals to 18" RCP laterals; revising the stormwater lateral profiles; and, revising all associated construction plan sheets. 2. Re-auantification and Contract Document Revisions, Upon completion of the revised design of the proposed stormwater infrastructure, LNV will re-quantify the proposed stormwater infrastructure, revised the Opinion of Probable Construction Cost, and revise the Contract Bid Form and other associated Contract documents. Engineering services not listed above, or in the Scope of Services of the Original Contract, as amended, are excluded from the Scope of Work of this Contract Amendment.
