Supply Agreement No.: 1026— Sodium Bisulfite for the Wastewater Treatment Plants
Reference: SA 1026 Amendment No. 4
Supply Agreement Current Not to Exceed Value: $1,166,481.55
The CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, hereinafter referred to as the City, and Southern Ionics,
Inc., hereinafter referred to as the Supplier, do hereby make and enter into this amendment (the
"Amendment") which, together with the Supply Agreement No. 1026 (the "Agreement") and all other
duly executed amendments, constitutes the entire agreement between the City and the Supplier.
I.
Section 3. Compensation and Payment of the Agreement is amended, effective through the
end date as follows:
Increases the value of the Agreement by an amount not to exceed $169,999.87 due to
modifications made to Attachment B, therefore the revised value of this Supply Agreement is
not to exceed $1,336,481.42.
Il.
Attachment B: Bid/Pricing Schedule to the Agreement is hereby amended to add 910,551 dry
pounds at $0.1867 per dry pound, which is per dry pound rate on Attachment B, to the Oso
Wastewater Treatment Plant due to the amount of sodium bisulfite required for the
dechlorination of wastewater effluent.
The Supplier and the City agree to and shall abide by all terms and conditions of the original Agreement
and any amendments to that Agreement, to the extent they are not in conflict with the terms of this
Amendment.
