1. Approving a supply agreement for granular copper sulfate with Van Waters &
Rogers, Inc. based on the low bid of $37,646. The term of the agreement
will be twelve months with option to extend for up to an additional twelve
months subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his
designee. This chemical will be used by the Water Division.
