1. Motion approving a supply agreement for complete temperature control with
Johnson Controls, Inc. based on the low bid of $10,758.75. The term of the
contract will be twelve months with option to extend for up to two
additional twelve month periods, subject to the approval of the supplier
and the City Manager or his designee. Seven City facilities will be
covered by this contract.
