Agency programs to provide financial assistance to eligible City utility customers.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all documents
necessary for the City to participate in the utility assistance programs provided by
Nueces County Community Action Agency (NCCAA) for qualified City utility customers.
A sample agreement is attached which may be modified to include all utility services
provided by the City as such programs are established by the NCCAA.
