Motion authorizing five, three-year supply agreements for the purchase of medical
supplies for the Corpus Christi Fire Department, with an agreement with each of the
following vendors: Bound Tree Medical, LLC in an amount not to exceed $414,500.00:
Henry Schein, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $244,800.00; Life-Assist, Inc. in an
amount not to exceed $92,800.00; Medline Industries, Inc. in an amount not to
$147,700.00 and Quadmed, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $132,200.00, with FY 2020
funding in an amount of S86,000.00 available in the General Fund.
At a meeting of the City Council on 7/14/2020, this Motion was passed.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly
authorized representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that
the money required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation
or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from
which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments
are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
